I had the best experience service at Bert Odgen Genesis in Harlingen. The service team, especially Mr. Ray, Ms. Tanya, Paola, and all the Staff were extremely courteous, professional, friendly, and very attentive. Amazing service, quick and clear communication, Mr. Ray listened to what problems I had with my vehicle and would take time to explain in detail and he could make sure I was well taken care of. And Yes. Service here they do understand the frustration when you have to leave your vehicle and they do UPDATE in detail about what happened next. I appreciate it and would like to give more than 5 stars if I could.
